Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE markets, with a background in Staffing, IT Sales, Facility Management, or Event Management industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across UAE.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to present company offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development within UAE.
• Strong network and understanding of local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Note: Only candidates with hands-on experience in the UAE markets will be considered.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
