Business Development Manager - Interiors


Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead growth efforts in the region building strong industry relationships, driving project opportunities, and ensuring regular engagement with clients through site visits and events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end interiors and fit-out market.
  • Lead client site visits, showroom tours, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support events, activations, and project pitches.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, reporting on leads, opportunities, and project conversion.
  • Represent the brand at key design and architecture events across the region.


Ideal Profile

  • 3–7 years of business development or sales experience within interiors, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the design and property development community.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert opportunities in a project-led environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, polished, and commercially astute, with a hands-on approach to client engagement.
