We are seeking a  Business Development Manager  to lead and expand our international sales of custom software and mobile app development services . The ideal candidate has prior experience selling digital solutions to clients in the US and GCC markets , understands client needs, and can convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from the USA and GCC regions.
  • Identify client needs for web, mobile, and software development projects.
  • Conduct online meetings, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Sales Executives / BDEs (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Work closely with the project and tech teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines.
  • Track performance and report weekly progress using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
    • 3–4 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in custom software, web, or mobile app development .
    • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with clients in the US and GCC markets .
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) , project estimation , and digital transformation trends .
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level clients.
    • Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
