We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to lead and expand our international sales of
custom software and mobile app development services
. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling digital solutions to clients in the
US and GCC markets
, understands client needs, and can convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from the
USA and GCC
regions.

Identify client needs for
web, mobile, and software development
projects.

Conduct online meetings, demos, and negotiations to close deals.

Manage and mentor a small team of
Sales Executives / BDEs
(if applicable).

Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Collaborate with the
marketing team
to align campaigns with sales goals.

Work closely with the
project and tech teams
to prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines.

Track performance and report weekly progress using CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

3–4 years of experience
in international B2B sales, preferably in
custom software, web, or mobile app development
.

Proven track record of
closing high-value deals
with clients in the
US and GCC markets
.

Strong understanding of
software development life cycle (SDLC)
,
project estimation
, and
digital transformation trends
.

Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
with the ability to engage C-level clients.

Ability to
lead and mentor
junior sales team members.
