Kanoo Shipping is seeking a Business Development Manager – Kanoo Yacht Services to lead the commercial growth of our yacht division across the UAE. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with strong market presence and established connections within the superyacht industry, capable of expanding Kanoo’s client base, developing new business partnerships, and positioning the company as a leading service provider for yachts in the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow Kanoo Yacht Services in the UAE and Oman.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities through existing networks, market research, and proactive client engagement.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, management companies, agents, and key stakeholders within the yachting community.

· Represent Kanoo Shipping at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

· Work closely with senior management to develop pricing strategies, service offerings, and partnership agreements aligned with market needs.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas and innovative service opportunities.

· Collaborate internally with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

· Prepare regular business performance reports, sales forecasts, and profitability analysis for management review.
