We are now hiring a Business Development Manager (B2B) to be based in Egypt, responsible for driving corporate partnerships and expanding our B2B network locally while aligning with the company’s regional strategies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to manage and grow our corporate relationships, travel agency partnerships, and B2B accounts in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism industry, a network of B2B contacts, and a proven track record of successfully generating business opportunities.

This role will focus on strengthening MajeStay’s presence in Egypt while collaborating closely with our Dubai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales and Relationship Management: Identify, develop, and manage key business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B partners in Egypt.
  • Market Expansion: Drive MajeStay’s business development in Egypt, targeting both new clients and strategic partnerships with local and regional companies.
  • Lead Generation and Networking: Proactively generate leads, attend industry events, and create networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential B2B partners.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with teams in Dubai and Egypt to create tailored travel solutions and services that meet the unique needs of B2B clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and meeting clients’ specific needs.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve sales targets, track progress, and report on performance to senior management in both Egypt and Dubai.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Egypt to help shape innovative business strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the tourism or hospitality industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales and partnerships.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the tourism industry in Egypt, with an existing network of B2B partners and stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for business development and networking activities.
