Position: Business Development Manager – Marketing & Creative Services
Location: Remote (UAE-based)
Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 + incentives

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth across the GCC and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will have strong networks, a hunter mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships within the marketing and creative services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base in the GCC and KSA.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across influencer marketing, social media management, events, and activations.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and deliver winning pitches.
• Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of business development or sales experience within digital, marketing, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of GCC and KSA market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates (Jordanian or Lebanese preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
