Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Achieve set targets within deadlines and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development or a related field
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Personality: Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
