Business Development Manager - PEST CONTROL SERVICES

Responsibilities :

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the pest control department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule a team of pest control technicians and other staff.
• Service Delivery: Develop and implement pest management plans, conduct service evaluations, and ensure quality control for all jobs.
• Customer Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure all services comply with industry regulations and Dubai Municipality standards. This includes obtaining necessary permits and certificates.
• Resource Management: Maintain equipment and manage inventory of supplies and pesticides.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve pest issues for a variety of clients, including residential, commercial, and public facilities.

Key skills and qualifications

• Management experience: Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing operations.
• Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of pest biology and effective control techniques.
• Compliance understanding: Familiarity with Dubai's pest control regulations and working with authorities like the Dubai Municipality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for staff and client management.
• Business acumen: Ability to handle scheduling, pricing, and quality assurance programs.
• Valid licenses: A valid pest control license and a UAE driving license are often required.
