  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Recruitment across industries such as IT, construction, oil & gas, hospitality, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key differentiators and tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales and service-related queries.
  • Understand client needs and design customized outsourcing solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, visa processing, and compliance support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
