Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and monitor the daily performance of the BD team working remotely.
- Ensure both lead quality and quantity targets are achieved consistently.
- Conduct daily check-ins and check-outs of BD team members through company communication channels.
- Collect and review daily lead status reports and maintain performance tracking sheets.
- Keep the team motivated and engaged by sharing strategies, updates, and guidance.
- Provide solutions and suggestions to overcome challenges faced by BD executives.
- Handle client interactions and responses, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Create and implement sales and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion.
- Work closely with management to refine BD processes and improve efficiency.
- Take complete ownership of achieving monthly positive response and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Development and Team Management (preferably in recruitment or service-based businesses).
- Proven track record of leading remote teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, outreach, and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple team members, monitor productivity, and ensure goal achievement.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
