Business Development Manager Required for a Cleaning Company

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Business Development Managers (Male & Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cleaning and maintenance services across Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote the company’s services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in cleaning, facility management, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-presented.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
