Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute token sales strategy across LATAM and South East Asia.
- Identify and engage with crypto funds, exchanges, and strategic partners.
- Drive direct sales efforts to onboard investors and users.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach.
- Represent the project at regional crypto events, conferences, and meetups.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform go-to-market strategy.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in crypto business development or token sales.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and crypto fundraising models.
- Strong network in LATAM and South East Asia crypto ecosystems.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage investor relationships.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with or advising early-stage crypto projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with successful token launches or ICOs/IDOs.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in LATAM and SEA.
- Background in venture capital, fintech, or blockchain consulting.
- Understanding of non-custodial and decentralized financial solutions.
