Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute token sales strategy across LATAM and South East Asia.
  • Identify and engage with crypto funds, exchanges, and strategic partners.
  • Drive direct sales efforts to onboard investors and users.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach.
  • Represent the project at regional crypto events, conferences, and meetups.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in crypto business development or token sales.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and crypto fundraising models.
  • Strong network in LATAM and South East Asia crypto ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage investor relationships.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with or advising early-stage crypto projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with successful token launches or ICOs/IDOs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments in LATAM and SEA.
  • Background in venture capital, fintech, or blockchain consulting.
  • Understanding of non-custodial and decentralized financial solutions.
