Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting prospecting analysis to identify new opportunities for U.S.A. in your region
  • Developing new business and managing sales pipeline for Travel Agencies and Independent Agents, through calls (cold calling included), face to face meetings and online presentations within your region.
  • Participate in fairs and tourist events nationally and international to foster larger scale business opportunities
  • Closing sales and providing detailed and accurate sales forecast
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain productivity standards by implementing and executing sales strategies and prioritizing calls, presentations and visits
  • Taking responsibility for daily sales activities and managing overall sales / clients onboarding process through:
  • Advise Agents by providing travel recommendations to global destinations
  • Advise our clients on our multiple platforms, systems and resources management
  • Participate in team meetings and/or training sessions to develop your knowledge base regarding company structure and proper procedures, as well as initiatives and goals
  • Maintaining sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Be available by phone, e-mail and instant messaging during business hours

Experience & Qualifications will include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience selling in travel agencies industry is required
  • User and admin experience with different B2B reservation platforms for Travel Agencies for hotels, activities, flights, packages, transfers and other services
  • Marketing and sales background and experience will be valued
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong experience on performing daily sales activities and managing the overall sales process, as well as supervising clients´ onboarding process
  • Bilingual-Spanish is required.
  • Ability to travel (40%)
  • Driver´s license
  • Microsoft Office, Google and videoconference tools (Zoom or similar) savvy
