Salary: PKR 80,000 – 125,000 + Incentives

About the Role

Vairt is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our investor base and partnerships across Pakistan and globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment sales, real estate, or financial services, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
• Conduct presentations, demos, and online meetings with investors
• Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads
• Achieve monthly targets and report progress to management
• Build partnerships with global investors and institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years experience in business development or sales
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate, investment, or fintech industry preferred
• Self-driven and result-oriented personality
