Sales & Business Development
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets for virtual office and coworking solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of coworking spaces.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to optimise services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Achieve VO&CW sales targets through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Grow lead/referral channels via partnerships with adjacent businesses.
  • Follow up on inquiries, arrange tours, and offer tailored workspace solutions.
  • Conduct daily sales calls and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Secure new clients through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels.
  • Build a network with brokers, agencies, chambers, and corporates.
Client Account & Revenue Management
  • Manage client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking via CRM/database.
Strategic Planning & Market Insight
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage offerings and develop strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Promote VO&CW and increase brand awareness as a company's ambassador.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
  • Track revenue growth and improve average revenue per member.
Member Experience & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, members, and partners.
  • Support pre-sales and after-sales processes to enhance satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events and sales activities.
  • Prepare presentations and quotations for prospects.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in coworking or serviced offices is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Riyadh's business landscape and cultural context.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
