Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – West Pune

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings.Pitch various residential projects in West Pune.

Conduct site visits with clients, explain project features, and assist in driving sales towards booking.Maintain strong follow-up and provide excellent client servicing throughout the sales process.

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory: Prior real estate sales experience in West Pune.

Areas of Expertise: Baner, Bavdhan, Mahalunge, Wakad, Tathewade, Punawale, Ravet, Bhumkar Chowk, and surrounding regions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1+ years in real estate sales in the West Pune market

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or familiar with West Pune will be given priority
