Task & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
  • Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and options available in the market.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Analyze and compare mortgage offers from multiple lenders to help clients secure the most favourable terms and rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of clients to determine their mortgage eligibility and affordability.
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong market awareness and analytical thinking
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Contribute to marketing and branding efforts, including the preparation of promotional materials and participation in exhibitions
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills

Requirements:

  • Female Candidates Preferably
  • Experienced or Fresher is also welcome to apply
  • Can speak Arabic or Russian
  • Experience dealing with corporate clients
  • Based in UAE / available to join immediately
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
