Any B-Tech/ Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma

Good communication skills

• Field Sales experience preferred (Interior / Hardware / Building Materials)
• Ability to manage architect relationship professionally

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Salary + Incentive: As per industry standards

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and develop strategic business plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Work with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and executives, to develop and implement strategies.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
