Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Relevant sales or business development certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Negotiate and close business deals in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences.
