The Business Development Officer at Vitson Steel will be responsible for

A. Dealer management

• Motivate dealers to meet the targets/order booking from the dealers
• Provide support to dealers in sales activity
• Collection of outstanding from dealers
• Generate leads and pass them to the dealers
• Locate territories for appointment of new dealers

B. Brand promotion

• Participate in all brand promotion activities in assigned territory
• Be thorough about brand characteristics and offering
• Develop network and relationship with influencer community – Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Masons, End consumers etc.

C. Reporting

• Compliances to daily report and other business reporting
• Lead generation, conversion and reporting
• Prompt reporting of expenses, reimbursements, claims etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline / MBA
• Command over local language (should be able to write, read , speak )
• Should possess good communication skills and a go-getter attitude
• Working knowledge of English, MS Office, Internet and Email
• Willing to travel extensively by two wheeler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
