Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall sales expansion of Enza Home in Islamabad. This role focuses on increasing market presence, collaborating with architects and interior designers, and promoting Enza Home’s premium furniture and home décor solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Enza Home’s customer base.
  • Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market visits, participate in promotional events, and explore partnerships to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable product recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and convert leads into successful sales.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with the showroom sales team to ensure smooth handling of referred clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product information, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product demand.
  • Contribute insights for marketing campaigns and strategic planning.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain an updated database of leads, visits, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities and achievements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and follow-up actions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in furniture, retail, or interior design industry).
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable).
