Business Development Officer – Business Setup (Outside Sales & Marketing)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in the Business Setup & Corporate Services sector. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and marketing, with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and companies establish their presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales, field visits, and networking
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business setup requirements (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, Visa, PRO services, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing to prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, investors, SMEs, and startups
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
- Achieve monthly targets for revenue, closed deals, and pipeline growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, documentation, and client onboarding
- Actively contribute to marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate services
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes is an advantage
