Business Development Officer – Business Setup (Outside Sales & Marketing)

Languages Required: English & Hindi

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in the Business Setup & Corporate Services sector. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and marketing, with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and companies establish their presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales, field visits, and networking
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business setup requirements (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, Visa, PRO services, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, investors, SMEs, and startups
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
  • Achieve monthly targets for revenue, closed deals, and pipeline growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, documentation, and client onboarding
  • Actively contribute to marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate services
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes is an advantage
