Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and promote the company.
• Provide regular reports on progress and forecasts to the senior management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (industry-specific experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a tea
