Business Development Officer – Networking & IT Company

About the Role

Smart Control Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling tenders, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall business expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tender documentation, submission, and follow-ups
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote products and services
• Perform site visits for ongoing and potential projects
• Develop and implement strategic business expansion plans
• Identify and onboard corporate clients and brands
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT, Networking, or Security Systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with tender working and proposal preparation
• Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
