Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions as per client requirements.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote products/services.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials, brochures, and brand communication.
  • Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns and business development activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
