Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions as per client requirements.
Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote products/services.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials, brochures, and brand communication.
- Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns and business development activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
