Business Development Representative

Our comprehensive service offerings include on-site medical support, post-accident drug testing assistance, and specialized standby rescue and firewatch services, ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated part-time Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and securing new clients in the construction and industrial sectors. This flexible role is ideal for someone with industry connections who can dedicate 5-10 hours per week to expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within construction and industrial companies
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking within industry circles
• Schedule and conduct service presentations with safety managers and decision-makers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress
• Meet agreed-upon monthly sales targets

Relationship Management

• Build relationships with safety managers, project managers, and company executives
• Understand client needs related to workplace safety and medical services
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Market Presence

• Leverage existing industry connections and networks
• Attend select industry events and safety conferences as available
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and client needs

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong network or connections in construction/industrial sectors
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage flexible schedule
• Proficiency with basic CRM or contact management tools

Preferred

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Experience in construction, industrial safety, or related field
• Background in emergency medical services or safety services

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 5-10 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Hourly rate or retainer plus commission structure
• Work remotely with occasional client meetings and site visits
