We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Representative to help us connect with more homeowners and make sure we’re maximizing every lead that comes our way.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll work with incoming sales calls and email leads, ensuring every opportunity is handled promptly and professionally. Your goal is to maximize lead value and make sure every potential customer gets the chance to experience our top-notch HVAC and electrical service.

This position includes base salary plus commission and requires evening and weekend availability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming sales calls, web inquiries, and email leads.
  • Follow up on leads quickly to schedule appointments for our sales and service teams.
  • Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments.
  • Utilize CRM and scheduling tools to log interactions and track opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and management teams to align strategies and boost lead conversion.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Help identify areas to improve response rates and lead quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or call center/customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills — both phone and written.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, email, and scheduling platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and organization skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
