The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

Shift: 11am-8pm (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and test the channel identified by the BDM.
  • Tailor scripts for each channel using KYC details.
  • Contact decision-makers through selected channels (Calling, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) for appointments.
  • Update the KYC card and CRM with interaction details.
  • Send follow-up messages to confirm or reschedule meetings.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Deliver regular reports on KPIs and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.

Must have:

  • An intermediate or bachelor's degree, 1y+ prior experience in sales roles within the IT industry.
  • Experience in US, UK, &/or EU markets.
  • Proficiency in English language, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and using email to connect with clients.
  • Essential to showcase a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals for business growth.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships to establish rapport with potential clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs and challenges, offering solutions aligned with the company's products or services.

Preferable:

  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts and terminology is beneficial for understanding and articulating the value of the company's products or services.
