Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Grey Tech. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, reaching out to new leads, understanding their business needs, and connecting them with the right solutions. This role is all about communication, relationship-building, and setting the foundation for successful client partnerships — not direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Keep detailed and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, customer outreach, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn.
