Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through project acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and contracting industry, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, exterior works, and roofing systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
