We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network with architects, interior designers, and project consultants. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, promoting our range of window blinds and furnishings, and strengthening brand presence in the design and construction community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Present company products, materials, and design solutions to industry professionals.
  • Generate project leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and track engagement activities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in design exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and trends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in interiors, building materials, or furnishings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
