We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and foster long-term partnerships.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and proposals to secure new deals and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to new business initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Manage and maintain marketing and a social media presence.
