About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, fast-learning Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, speaking with decision-makers, and building pipeline through consistent prospecting.

You’ll be the engine that drives new business — using cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and CRM tools to generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across the UAE & GCC.
  • Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach to book qualified meetings.
  • Research target industries, find decision-makers, and build accurate prospect lists.
  • Run basic discovery conversations before passing leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain all activity, notes, and lead stages inside our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Follow daily/weekly KPIs for calls, outreach, and meetings booked.
  • Support sales team with follow-ups, proposals, and light account coordination.
  • Stay updated on our products, positioning, and sales messaging.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or call center (freshers with strong communication also welcome).
  • Strong English communication; confident on phone calls.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and speaking to decision-makers.
  • Basic familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Fast learner with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • UAE experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Salary: AED 4,000–6,000/month (based on experience)
  • Incentives & bonuses for meeting/exceeding targets
  • UAE visa & benefits per company policy
