Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to support our Business Development Leaders in generating leads and growing our business. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, reaching out to prospects, generating leads and sales, maintaining client relationships, addressing client needs, researching, and attending events, and performing various administrative tasks.
Success in this role requires enjoying a fast-paced team environment, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and being comfortable with regular pitching and presentations to customers.
Duties
Developing and executing sales strategies and exploring new market opportunities.
Conducting research and participating in events relevant to the construction industry.
Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships through various channels: email, phone, and face-to-face interaction.
Supporting in the creation and delivery of presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Managing client databases and mailing lists to ensure effective communication.
Monitoring proposal submissions and offering insights to management.
Delivering efficient administrative assistance.
