Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, industry events, etc.).
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, pain points, and fit with the company’s products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Track key metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, and report results to leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
