We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can bring in clients, close projects, and boost our sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and generate qualified leads.
  • Write professional proposals and bids that actually win projects.
  • Handle client chats, messages, and video calls confidently in English.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Help with sales follow-ups, meetings, and preparing project quotations.
  • Work closely with management to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in planning business growth and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in lead generation, sales, or bidding.
  • Comfortable with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Basic knowledge of website development or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Must be based in Karachi and available for on-site work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 10% per closed project
