Business Development & Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join MARO’s growing Business Development and Sales team; a professional who will strengthen long-term partnerships by deepening existing client relationships, while also acquiring new customers, effectively managing the full sales and business development lifecycle, and demonstrating strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and high follow-up discipline.

💼 Roles and Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Business Development

Establishing and enhancing strong relationships with banking, payment systems, insurance, and fintech clients.

Deepening engagement within the existing customer portfolio and taking actions to increase satisfaction.

Identifying new business opportunities and securing new clients.
2. Needs Analysis & Solution Design
-
Analyzing customer needs (IT, digital transformation, technology consultancy, etc.) and positioning suitable solutions.

Preparing proposals for MARO’s consultancy and project solutions.
3. Sales Process & Proposal Management
-
Managing the full sales lifecycle, tracking opportunities, and providing accurate forecasting.

Leading end-to-end proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract processes.

Preparing quarterly and annual client development plans in line with sales targets.
4. Market and Sector Analysis

Monitoring regulations and technology trends within the financial sector.

Providing strategic insights to internal teams regarding new business models and opportunities aligned with sectoral developments.
5. Project Follow-Up & Delivery Management

Maintaining client communication throughout the project lifecycle and managing risks/expectations.

Supporting post-project evaluation and the development of ongoing opportunities.
💫 Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (4-year), preferably in Engineering, MIS, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields

At least 3 years of Account Management experience in the finance sector—primarily Banking and Insurance—IT consultancy, e-commerce, or similar areas

Experience in technology consultancy projects within the financial sector

Experience in partner management, channel sales, or partnership models

Involvement in new product and service development processes

Ability to conduct business planning, feasibility analysis, and prepare commercial proposals and contracts

Advanced proficiency in English

Strong strategic thinking skills, ability to follow market dynamics, and convert opportunities into actions quickly

Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
