As we expand our presence across gyms, cafés, and lifestyle spaces, we’re looking for a self-starter who can help shape how our brand sounds and shows up across platforms. If you love storytelling, wellness, and building something from the ground up—this role is for you.


The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 


Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Identify and Establish New Partnerships : Cultivate relationships with gyms, beauty salons, hotels, corporate clients, modern trade retailers, HoReCa outlets, and lower trade (general trade) partners to expand Just’s reach and market distribution.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships : Manage key accounts and nurture long-term partnerships across B2B, B2C, and retail channels. Ensure strong collaborations with strategic partners, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and general trade outlets.
  • Negotiate Partnership Terms : Define and negotiate partnership agreements—including sponsorships, co-branded campaigns, in-store activations, listing terms, trade deals, and influencer collaborations—to drive growth, brand visibility, and distribution performance.
  • Monitor Industry & Channel Trends : Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activity, retail channel dynamics, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and areas for collaboration across partnerships and retail networks.


Retail Coverage & Trade Execution:

  • Expand Retail Footprint: Strengthen Just’s availability and visibility in modern trade, HoReCa, and lower trade channels by securing listings, monitoring availability, and improving on-shelf presence.
  • Drive In-Store Excellence: Ensure merchandising standards, POS implementation, promotional execution, and visibility programs are consistently delivered across all retail channels.
  • Support Distribution & Field Execution: Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and sales teams to improve outlet coverage, optimize stock flow, and address retail gaps across traditional and modern trade.


Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Plan & Coordinate Events: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand activations, in-store tastings, corporate events, and community-focused initiatives.
  • On-the-Ground Execution: Be present at events and in-store activities to ensure smooth logistics, brand representation, and a strong consumer experience.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track & Report Key Metrics: Provide regular reports on partnership performance, retail execution, event success, sales impact, and social media engagement to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Track and analyze category insights, channel behavior, customer preferences, and competitor activity to refine strategies and support decision-making.


Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure business development, trade execution, and event efforts align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Embrace the Start-up Culture: Take initiative, multitask across functions, and contribute to building scalable processes as part of a fast-paced, high-growth team.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in business development, partnership management, trade marketing, or event marketing—ideally in health, wellness, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships, driving revenue through collaborations, executing events, and supporting retail or trade operations.
  • Content Creation Experience: Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution is a strong plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships across partners and retail stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Passion for Health & Wellness: A genuine interest in nutrition, fitness, and wellness, with an understanding of consumer behavior in the lifestyle and sustainability space.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel frequently for in-market visits, retail audits, partner meetings, and event activations.
