Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift – Onsite)
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month
Location: Karachi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Senior Executive to join our onsite team in Karachi. The successful candidate will have a solid background in business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth. You will play a key role in driving revenue, identifying new market opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close business deals.
• Mentor and support junior business development team members to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
