Position Summary:
Green House is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist whose core and primary mission is to massively and rapidly increase company revenue. This role demands an active, field-based approach to client acquisition and relationship building, combined with strong digital marketing and business development skills.
The candidate must understand the Qatar market, have strong business contacts, and be capable of driving growth both on the ground and online.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Goal: Revenue Growth
Take full responsibility for aggressively increasing the company’s revenue by securing new projects, contracts, and long-term clients.
Convert leads into business opportunities that directly contribute to monthly and annual financial growth targets.
Work strategically to position Green House as the first and only choice in Qatar for landscaping and garden design services.
2. Physical Client Visits & Corporate Outreach
Conduct regular on-site visits to corporate offices, real estate companies, consultants, contractors, and government organizations.
Present company services, follow up on leads, and close deals through personal engagement.
Build trust and long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
3. Digital Business Development
Use digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, social media, Google, website, etc.) to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to support business goals.
Manage content creation, SEO/SEM, and targeted outreach to boost inbound client interest.
4. Qatar Market Intelligence & Strategy
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, key players, and current projects in Qatar.
Leverage existing relationships and build new connections to open doors for business opportunities.
Identify untapped markets or sectors for potential growth.
5. Sales Pipeline & CRM Reporting
Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and measure sales performance.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on revenue generation progress, lead status, and client feedback.
Align strategies with company goals and adjust efforts to maximize results.
6. Coordination & Teamwork
Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, estimation, marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Ensure client needs are met quickly, professionally, and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
Proven track record in business development or B2B sales in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of the Qatar market with active contacts in real estate, construction, facility management, and corporate sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
