Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Business Development Specialist to join a well-regarded DC law firm. This individual will collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to implement strategies and create engaging content for client presentations! This is a great opportunity for someone with solid legal business development experience to take the next step in their career!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with implementing business development plans
  • Create pitches and proposals tailored to specific audiences
  • Track progress and evaluate strategy success
  • Draft and manage survey, rankings and award submissions
  • Draft content for the website and update attorney bios
  • Assist with other business development projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, legal experience a plus
  • Professional communication skills and client service-oriented personality
  • Experience preparing pitches and client presentations
  • Knowledge of legal market and industry trends a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM databases

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
