Business Development Specialist

This role is a critical part of Black Linus Studios International LLP brand partnerships team, with a specialized focus on the beauty vertical. You will be responsible for developing, pitching, and securing business.

The position requires knowledge of brand building, strong client relationships, and the ability to craft innovative programs that drive revenue.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Working with the management to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of Business Development and Marketing initiatives, and Business Plans
  • Planning and assisting with brand event initiatives, cross-selling, and client-targeting initiatives
  • Proactively identify new business prospects with a concentration in the beauty and styling categories, while also supporting cross-vertical growth
  • Build proactive category packages to expand our brand’s footprint in beauty
  • You will have a background in cold outreach sales and experience in packaging assets for B2B sales
  • You will be persistent in the pursuit of new business prospects and capable of effectively communicating brand message
  • Superior presentation skills and communication skills are a must. As is attention to detail
  • The candidate must be willing and able to approach new opportunities through ‘cold-calling’ clients, possess the ability to identify key business objectives across a variety of industries/companies
  • Role includes working on various aspects such as, New Business Development, Creative, Events & Sponsorships, Brand & Communications, client intelligence, research and pitch information among others
  • Acting as the go-to resource for office BD needs and support
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information

Travel Required:

  • Field work & Travel for client meetings, events, and brand campaigns
  • Having a two-wheeler/own transportation is a must
