We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development , with proven experience in G2G (Government-to-Government) relationships and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the government sector (G2G).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of business proposals, partnership models, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and negotiations with external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in G2G collaboration and government relations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with public sector procedures and procurement frameworks.
