Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Manage the entire partnership cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to closing and onboarding.
  • Conduct product demos and commercial negotiations to ensure successful deal closure.
  • 2. System Activation & Integration
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Product teams to ensure new partners are properly activated and integrated through API systems.
  • Support technical readiness by providing partner data, system structure, and menu setup requirements.
  • Work with the partner success team to monitor early performance and resolve activation challenges.
  • 3. Relationship Management & Growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner decision-makers and operations leads.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns with partners to enhance visibility and volume.
  • 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate partner records and status updates in CRM and internal dashboards.
  • Track key metrics, including new partner signings, activation rate, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports highlighting progress against targets and market insights.
  • Monitor competitive movements and recommend adjustments in pricing, positioning, or partnership approach.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to suggest feature improvements based on partner needs.
  • Support the Marketing team in executing partner promotions, launches, and event activations.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure partner satisfaction, smooth billing, and compliance with agreed terms.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales within the F&B, hospitality, or SaaS technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based sales, and digital onboarding flows.
  • Solid commercial acumen and understanding of restaurant systems, reservations, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel-based dashboards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and field activations simultaneously.
  • High sense of ownership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
