Role Description

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at EventX. The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about creating new opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our partnerships with event organizers, exhibitors, and booth vendors driving growth and positioning EventX as the preferred platform for event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with event organizers, exhibitors, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Present and promote EventX's platform and services through meetings, calls, and online demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor partnership proposals and campaigns.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.
  • Track performance metrics and report on business development activities.
  • Represent EventX at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in events, tech, or SaaS industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
