🧠 Position: Business Development Specialist

📍 Location: On-site, Rawalpindi

💰 Salary: PKR 50,000/month + 10% Commission on Exceeding Targets


✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Generate leads and close deals on major freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, earning trust and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell hosting plans, cloud servers, domains, SSL, and other IT services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.


🔍 Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or IT/web hosting sales.
  • Expert in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with freelance platforms and lead generation.
  • Understanding of hosting services, servers, domains, and SSL is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
