Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants, cafés, and food suppliers to the YAY Food platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the food and delivery sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Negotiate agreements, terms, and pricing with potential partners to ensure mutual profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, promotions, and service execution.
• Attend events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the YAY Food brand.
• Prepare reports and updates on business performance, pipeline status, and sales progress.
• Ensure partner compliance with YAY Food’s quality and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales or business development, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
