We are launching a new HR and Payroll Outsourcing venture and are seeking a highly capable professional with a strong entrepreneurial leadership mindset and deep industry knowledge. You will play a central role in establishing and scaling this business vertical from the ground up. This role requires someone who understands the HR and payroll outsourcing industry in detail, can design systems, acquire clients, and build scalable operational structures.

Role Overview

The Business Lead – HR & Payroll Outsourcing will be responsible for:

• Establishing and scaling our payroll outsourcing vertical
• Ensuring delivery excellence and operational accuracy
• Driving business development and client acquisition
• Creating service offerings, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks
• Working closely with leadership to shape the venture’s growth strategy
• Hiring and developing the first layer of payroll and compliance teams

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Build and optimize payroll operations, workflows, and compliance frameworks
• Ensure consistent, accurate payroll delivery across regions

Business Development

• Engage with clients, pitch solutions, and drive revenue through payroll outsourcing sales
• Build a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives
• Represent the organization in client discussions and professional forums

Strategy and Venture Build

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for the new payroll outsourcing vertical
