Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Strategy & Leadership

  • Drive and manage B2B, B2C, and C2C business development activities.
  • Lead staff augmentation projects and client acquisition strategies.
  • Design, execute, and optimize LinkedIn outreach workflows.
  • Supervise Upwork proposal processes and improve team performance.
  • Build and scale the BD team in the USA region to support global growth.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and support BD, B2B, and C2C teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between BD, marketing, and technical departments.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients.
  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle—from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication and follow-ups with clients.

Operational Efficiency

  • Use CRM tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and business development performance insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, C2C, and Staff Augmentation models.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Upwork, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing USA-based BD teams and international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
