Business Development Specialist - Holiday Homes

What is your role:

• Source and secure new properties by contacting landlords, investors, and developers to expand the holiday-home portfolio.
• Negotiate and close management agreements to onboard units under our short-term rental program.
• Coordinate onboarding for new properties, including inspections, listing setup, professional photos, and compliance/documentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to set competitive nightly rates and maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Manage guest bookings and communications across platforms, handle check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Oversee property maintenance, cleaning and turnover services between stays to ensure units remain in top condition.
• Maintain an updated availability calendar for all units, track leads and occupancy data, and report performance to management.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in holiday homes / short-term rentals, or related real-estate experience
• RERA certification is a plus (but not always mandatory)
• Proven track record
• Strong communication skills and solid understanding of the UAE property market
• UAE driving licence and own car, for flexibility and property viewings in different areas.
